You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused days or unused features.

Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

HyRecruitAI follows a no-refund policy for all subscriptions once payment is processed. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

• You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error (e.g., duplicate transaction). Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
• You experienced service outages preventing access to the platform for more than 72 hours, and our support team could not resolve the issue.
• A platform defect or technical failure prevented you from using critical features, and support was unable to provide a timely resolution.

All refund requests should be sent to support@hyrecruitai.com with your account and payment details, within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If a free trial is available, we encourage you to use it before subscribing to a paid plan, to ensure HyRecruitAI meets your needs.
