These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered interview preparation and candidate evaluation platform, services, and website (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms—applicable to all visitors, users (candidates, recruiters, organizations) and others who access HyRecruitAI. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

HyRecruitAI provides an AI-powered platform for interview preparation and candidate evaluation. Core services include:

  • AI-powered mock interviews for technical and behavioral preparation
  • Candidate assessment and evaluation tools
  • Interview performance analytics and personalized feedback
  • Resume analysis and optimization suggestions
  • Interview scheduling and management features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Types

We offer multiple account types:

  • Individual Accounts – For job seekers/candidates
  • Organization Accounts – For companies/recruiters
  • Enterprise Accounts – For large organizations with custom needs

3.2 Account Creation and Security

All users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account login credentials
  • Immediately inform support of any unauthorized account access
  • Remain responsible for all activity under your account

4. AI Services and Data Usage

4.1 AI Interview Sessions

Our AI services simulate real interview experiences; you agree and understand:

  • AI responses are generated from training data and may not be perfect replicas of human interactions
  • Interview session recordings and transcripts may be stored for analysis and platform improvement
  • Interview performance and analytics are generated by automated algorithms
  • Services are for practice, learning, and assessment—not actual hiring decisions

4.2 Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process user data to deliver and enhance our services. This includes:

  • Interview recordings, transcripts, and analysis
  • Performance metrics and feedback data
  • User interactions and feedback submissions
  • Technical logs and usage patterns

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Terms

By subscribing to HyRecruitAI plans, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees related to your selected subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Service limitations per your subscription tier
  • Notification of any price changes for future billing cycles

5.2 Free Trials

Free trial periods (typically 15 days) are offered to eligible new users:

  • You must cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
  • Payment method is charged at the end of trial unless cancelled
  • Users may only receive one free trial per account
  • Trial terms may change at company’s discretion

5.3 Cancellations

Subscription cancellation terms:

  • Cancel anytime via your Account Settings on our platform
  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges
  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods or unused features
  • Account access remains until end of paid billing period

5.4 Refund Policy

HyRecruitAI follows a fair refund policy:

  • All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed
  • If incorrectly charged (billing error, duplication), contact support within 7 days for review
  • Refunds may be offered for platform outages (72+ hours) or defects that forced loss of service
  • All other refunds reviewed case-by-case; submit requests to support@hyrecruitai.com with details, processed within 7–14 business days if approved

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality (AI models, algorithms, interview content, analytics) on HyRecruitAI are owned or licensed by the company and protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using HyRecruitAI, you consent to our data collection, processing, and storage practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to engage in the following:

  • Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or misuse AI systems or platform operations
  • Sharing login details or unauthorized account access
  • Recording or redistributing platform content, interviews, or analytics without consent
  • Using HyRecruitAI for automated hiring decisions without human oversight
  • Any activity that violates laws or harms the service, users, or company interests

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyRecruitAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data due to:

  • Your use or inability to use HyRecruitAI or its services
  • Unauthorized access to servers or data
  • Service interruptions, technical faults, or harmful code transmission
  • Decisions, offers, or outcomes produced using HyRecruitAI

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of India, with courts of Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.

10.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, held in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the decision is final.

11. Changes to Terms

HyRecruitAI may update these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Changes will be notified via email or the platform. Continued use of the Services after modifications means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may include links to third-party sites or resources not owned by HyRecruitAI. We do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
